Prepare the Package
Securely pack the components in anti-static packaging and their original boxes to prevent damage during transit, clearly marking the RMA number on the outside.
Ship the Items
Send your package using a trackable shipping service to our central warehouse; we recommend insuring the shipment for high-value microcontroller kits.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the hardware's condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
